Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Prompt Save. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old. If you're under the age of majority in your country, you confirm a parent or guardian has consented for you.

2. Your account

  • You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
  • One person, one account. Don't impersonate others.
  • We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of the prompts, collections, comments, and other content you create. By posting public content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, distribute, and let other users save and remix it through the service. The license ends when you delete the content, except where other users have already saved or remixed it.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Post unlawful, harassing, hateful, sexual content involving minors, or content that infringes others' rights.
  • Submit prompts whose primary purpose is to generate the above.
  • Scrape or otherwise harvest data beyond what our public API allows.
  • Attempt to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.
  • Use the service to send spam, malware, or phishing.

5. AI output

Prompts on the service are designed to be used with third-party AI models (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Midjourney). We don't generate or warrant the AI output produced from those prompts; that's subject to the AI provider's terms.

6. Intellectual property

The Prompt Save name, logo, and software are ours. Don't use them as if they were yours, or in a way that suggests endorsement we haven't given.

7. Copyright complaints

If you believe content on the service infringes your copyright, follow the process on our DMCA page.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you've violated these terms or if we're required to do so by law.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for purpose, and non-infringement. See the Disclaimer page for additional details and limitations of liability.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced at least 14 days before they take effect; continued use after that means you accept the update.
